Our new menu is filled with delicious dishes that are centred around seasonal ingredients from local suppliers across Sussex.

Real Patisserie, Hove

Our Sourdough bread is freshly baked just a stone’s throw away in Hove, by traditional artisan bakery and national bread winners, Real Patisserie.

This delicious Sourdough, which is served toasted with our brunch dishes, is made using a rye sourdough starter that came to life in 1999 and baked in a stone decked oven giving it a wonderfully crisp crust and mouth-watering caramelised aroma.

WE LOVE that like us at BA i360, Real Patisserie are a responsible business and act sustainably across all areas of their business.

Mac’s Farm Eggs, Ditchling

Our high quality, gloriously yellow, delicious organic free-range eggs which feature in dishes across all our menus, are provided by Mac’s Farm in Ditchling, East Sussex.

Mac’s Farm are a fourth-generation organic egg farming family, who were one of the first ever suppliers of free-range eggs to the major supermarkets. Their farm is home to 18,000 free-range birds, or ‘girls’ as they like to call them, who produce 70,000 organic eggs every day!

WE LOVE Mac’s Farm because once their hens have finished their hard work laying eggs, they find them a retirement home they deserve. Over the past 9 years the Mac’s have re-homed nearly 100,000 of their hens.

Brighton Sausage Company, Brighton’s North Laine

The British pork pie is a classic favourite, so we couldn’t leave this one out from our lunch menu! This decadent meat filled savoury treat is supplied to us by handmade free-range sausagemakers, Brighton Sausage Co, and served with a delicious heap of piccalilli – a match made in heaven.

WE LOVE this independent butcher because they use locally sourced ingredients and only work with suppliers who focus on quality, consistency and animal welfare.

Fish Galore, Brighton & Hove

Our gorgeously fresh fish served in our lobster dishes, Moules à la crème, Salt Cod Fritters with aioli, Breaded Fish and Chips and on our daily specials menu is supplied by local seafood specialist, Fish Galore.

WE LOVE Fish Galore because they are committed to sourcing their fish in an ethical and sustainable way.

Wholesome Foodservice, Peacehaven

The Sussex reared cooked meat we serve within the savoury options on our new Afternoon tea menu, the minute steak from our Steak Frites and homemade cakes from local independent baker’s are supplied to us by family run business, Wholesome Foodservice.

WE LOVE that the Appleton family first established their business in 1960 selling fresh eggs.  Now they source hundreds of delicious products from British producers across Sussex, so we know we are getting the best and freshest produce Sussex has to offer.

Adams Wholesale Food Suppliers, Worthing

Our deliciously fresh seasonal fruit and veg served across all our dishes are supplied to us by family-run business, Adams Wholesale Food Suppliers.

WE LOVE Adams because they source fruit and vegetables from neighbouring counties – so if it’s not available in Sussex, we are still supporting local producers within the UK.

Blakes

Dinner served at 450ft in the pod above Brighton’s best views should feature Brighton’s best produce. For our Sky Dining events we look for the very best quality ingredients from our local suppliers. Our catering butcher, Blakes Foods, has been trading since 1978 and is the leading catering butcher in the South East.

WE LOVE Blakes because similar to us, sustainability is at the heart of their business.
